WITH their Jindalee centre at full capacity Bonfire Hot Yoga has recently opened up at a new location in Browns Plains.
Specialising in hot yoga, chiropractic care and massage, the studio offers a holistic approach to people's health.
The Reporter has teamed up with Bonfire Hot Yoga to giveaway two one-month, unlimited hot yoga passes to their state-of-the-art studio in Browns Plains.
Spokeswoman Kassia Bennett said the Browns Plains site was in its 12th week, and so far the response from the public had been fantastic.
"We have fast become a community of inspired friends creating the change we want to see in the world," she said.
"Jindalee is at capacity.
"We have people driving from Ipswich to Jindalee to use our service, it's in high demand."
Ms Bennett said hot yoga differed from normal yoga, as the benefits of the heat were immeasurable.
"It speeds up your metabolism, helps you to detox, helps you to sleep better and opens up your cardiovascular system making your lungs work at their full capacity," she said.
Ms Bennett said when you exercised in a room that was heated to 37 degrees and at 40% humidity it may seem a little difficult and confronting at first, but with regular practice and the support of the Bonfire team, you will start to see the changes in your body and begin to crave the warmth of the hot room.
"After class you will feel like you're on cloud nine," she said.
"People realise very quickly the benefits of Hot Yoga.
"It's an opportunity for people to focus on themselves for an hour-and-a-half," she said.
Anyone wanting to take part can contact Bonfire Hot Yoga Browns Plains location on 3800 7140.
