Large lamington smashes record
TOOWOOMBA has smashed the Guinness World Record and stolen the crown from Ipswich for the world's biggest lamington.
Quality Desserts and the Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce teamed up to smash the record for the world's biggest lamington. The colossal cake weighed in at an impressive 2361 kilograms and was equilivent to 45000 normal sized lamingtons.
