FORMER Marsden State High student, Tautau Moga joined an illustrious group of rugby league stars when he was named in the Australian Schoolboys rugby league squad to tour the UK and France at the end of the year.
The 17-year-old, who attended Marsden last year, but now goes to St Peter Claver College so he is closer to his Collingwood Park home, was a shining light for Queensland at last month's national schools rugby league championships on the Gold Coast.
The Sydney Roosters contracted outside back scored two tries in the semi-final win over NSW Combined Catholic Colleges and another in the final, which Queensland were shock loses to NSW Combined High Schools 29-12.
“I'm just grateful and thankful I'm in the side,” Moga told The Queensland Times.
